Our laser technology is excellently suited for the production of components for quantum technologies. The extremely short laser pulse durations enable high-precision machining in the (sub-) micrometre range. Almost any material can be used for processing, for example semiconductors, metals, ceramics, polymers but also transparent materials such as sapphire or diamond. Typical processes are cutting, drilling or structuring of surfaces and in transparent materials.
